International Investor

For twelve years INTERNATIONAL INVESTOR (II), produced weekly in Washington, D.C., has been identifying, forecasting and leading the major global business stories ahead of most of the major television news productions and business press.  Leading, because INTERNATIONAL INVESTOR does not run after the crisis stories of war, and tragedy, but rather, follows the quiet tales of economic progress, regulatory reform and governance.

Now broadcasting on 56 television stations from California, to New York City, to Florida, INTERNATIONAL INVESTOR also can be found on the Higher Education Channel (Tampa, FL) and the Higher Learning Channel (St. Louis, MO) and is seen on dozens of university closed circuit systems throughout the Mid-West and Southern regions of the U.S.

INTERNATIONAL INVESTOR's mission is to educate its viewers about the economic progress of nations, or lack thereof; the state of finance, and regulatory controls, that do, could or should exist in countries across the globe; especially the current financial crisis in the U.S.   Of course, II covers large nations such as CHINA, RUSSIA & INDIA which always grab media attention, but II also covers smaller nations such as SRI LANKA, VIETNAM, PANAMA, SOUTH KOREA.

Headed by a producer with a Wall Street Background and a sophisticated knowledge of what takes place behind the scenes in the financial markets and on the trading desks of the world, this program takes a distinctly different point of view from most Wall Street spokespersons and their continual parade on most of the major business channels.  But INTERNATIONAL INVESTOR is not a "Hot Stock" of the week program, despite its name.  Never will you see a stockbroker appear on the program, nor any stocks (nor rarely companies) mentioned.

Instead, INTERNATIONAL INVESTOR, tells the Macro-Economic Growth story, and gets access to the most important and influential government, financial and regulatory leaders from nations around the world.   II prides itself on the fact that over 70 percent of its nation profile interviews are with Non-U.S. personnel.  This, along with II's original research, compilations and analysis, provides its unique perspective, minus the often-incestuous Wall Street regurgitation of the day's financial news.

A stellar list of economists, finance ministers and central bankers appear on II to assist in understanding, evaluating and predicting the economic progress, or deterioration of countries spanning the globe.  Individual Country Reports are a constant fixture on many of INTERNATIONAL INVESTOR's
programs.

With an increasing awareness that much or our economy and job growth will continue to rely on our connection with the global markets, many of our citizens, are now more interested in international and business news which effect their lives.
